    There could be some legitimacy in that it uses Bitcoin or something similar to it. Bitcoin would be used to make sure there's no paper trail or way for things to be traced back. That must mean the person(s) have something to hide if they're going that far as to use Bitcoin. If it was really a scam I don't think the person who set it up would go through the trouble of setting up a Bitcoin wallet. But you never know for sure.
