    I met the band before they blew up with that single one step closer. I have a couple copies of that single on cassette autographed by the entire band. They opened up for Rehab and Kottonmouth Kings in 2000 at St. Andrews Hall. After their set they all came out in the crowd and chilled.

    Man, all LPs music takes on a whole new meaning now. It's so surreal to hear his lyrics, it's given me a whole new appreciation for their work, and even the softer, poppier stuff I wasn't always a fan of is getting me too.

    The man was hurting for years and it's so f---ing obvious in hindsight. Ugh. Wish it didn't have to be like this, but I think that goes without saying.

    Yes, it's almost like the whole album was. One more light? Last album? He stated in an interview that the song "One more light" was one of the best songs they have ever wrote and was his favorite song on the album...I will truly miss hearing new tracks with his voice and his live performances were amazing.

    Very sad. Its not that I listen to them regulary but they had gems for sure.

    Went to their concert in Amsterdam about a month and a half ago.. weird to think about.
