Jan 9, 2018 Speaking of brooms, is this better - "Got your father hidin' in a room, f----- him with a broom"
Jan 9, 2018 Of course it is. Eminem didn't spit it. No reason for the haters to get mad about f---ing fathers with brooms. Perfectly rational rhyme.
Jan 9, 2018 On repeated listens the last half of em's verse has the hunger and aggression at a specific person/thing (budden/revival flopping) that I haven't heard from em since probably TES. f---ing chills man
Jan 9, 2018 What’s eminem really going to do though? He’s scared of his own shadow. He only disses female pop stars. He doesn’t have the guts or balls to go at a rapper or anyone popular that called revival garbage. He’s scared to directly mention budden. He kicks people out of his circle that questions, criticises his music in any way. He’s too emotional and weak minded to be able to go through a legit rap beef in 2018. Way too big of a p---- to go after any rapper and plenty of rappers dissed him these past couple months that he could have dissed on the remix
Jan 9, 2018 He has purposely tried to stay out of beef and honestly nobody has even attempted to beef with him. Lets see how this turns out with Budden before making all these assumptions. I don't think any rappers have taken a shot at his album that made as much headline as Joe. Part of it is that you have to say something that anyone even notices. Not just some random tweet. lol
Jan 9, 2018 Lol. Sorry but sometimes u guys make me feel like it's something more than music. Either that or Em's prime work was gazillion times better than any other artist's work. Because I don't see how you guys are never happy with anything at all.
Jan 9, 2018 Agree. They have a checklist of 10 things to run down to hate on any of his work. Checklist only applies to Em.
Jan 9, 2018 Think you're confusing "like" vs "love" I like it for what it is, just how I liked The Warning for what it was. If s--- was trash, I'd say it. I'm not starving for new Eminem music. I've never been a huge Eminem fan like that so I have no reason to want him to be a certain way or forced to like his s---. Eminem ain't Jay Z to me. I've thought Eminem was extremely average since 09. He was complete trash from 04 to 08. Revival was awful, but Castle is a gem. This is really good. Is this verse one of his best ever? Lol no. But I don't understand nitpicking it. He rides the beat well, he has solid lyrics in it, some quotables, and the content is good. I don't listen to music and search for things to hate. Only time ill nitpick something is if I compare it to something else. If I compare this to I'm Back? I'll bring up s---. But if I'm just listening at leisure? Its a good track and its fun. If you're complaining about these lyrics, how do you even listen to hip hop? Lol. Uterus lyrics are whatever to me. One of my favorite Kanye songs says "apologing" and I don't care.
Jan 9, 2018 i think the real problem is you guys only listen to Eminem, cause I can't comprehend how people can be satisfied with such poor music when there's endless amounts of incredible music to listen to
Jan 9, 2018 I’ll be happy with something that sounds good. I’m not going to consider an entire verse or track good because he flows on beat for 10 seconds then goes back to acepellas on the same d--- verse. Inconsistent, not good.
Jan 9, 2018 Especially the people outside the US where eminem is the only rapper that gets airplay in countries where hip hop isn’t popular. It’s so obvious eminem is the only rapper they have ever listened to lol it’s embarrassing and sad really
Jan 9, 2018 Kanye has many lines I find lame but I honestly don't care. Same goes for any other artist. I do think that people nitpick eminem songs a LOT more than others, don't know why that is.
Jan 9, 2018 Kanye's music is good outside of the corny lines. Eminem's problems go beyond some s--- punchlines.
Jan 9, 2018 I think people 'pick on Em' more for 2 reasons: 1. He's the most popular rapper of all time+his hardcore fans are insanely devoted, so the hardcore fans defending every single thing he does+making up excuses for it causes more a backlash as well. 2. He does a whole combo of things that no other rapper does, it's honestly remarkable the amount of ways he's found to be annoying, whether it be the stop and go flow, the random yelling, the cringe punch lines, his singing, the accent, apologizing/getting upset over previous song/album reactions or a combination of all of these things. Even someone like me who's disliked 99% of his music since 8 mile, he's still a pretty fascinating subject at times for some of the reasons I stated above.
