Nov 1, 2017 Gotta admit that the beginning of "Roses" had me convinced it was going to be something way bigger, and even possibly his testimonial declaration of self-identifying and defining proportions. Felt his version of a "Look What You've Done For Me" or "How About Now" coming on, but with, like, hella soulful boundary-breaking displays of musically melodious proportions through captivating and enthralling vocal exhibition. Unfortunately, that is not how the song turned out at all. That one was underwhelming.
