Unless you can show biochemical proof of the attacker having no conscience in doing these acts or strong evidence of a history of related mental complications which would be a viable cause, which almost never appears, execution is more than sufficient. Too many cases of soulless murders going untouched due to mental illness claims. uhhh im severely depressed and i have psychosis so the voices told me to, now let me go And I'm not being ignorant, I'm sure there's legitimate cases with mental illness being an adequate reason and extreme treatment is required, but there's too much bs.

Apr 16, 2017 Its possible but look at the Dorner manhunt and the Boston bombing manhunt. They were found in state days later. He could have just dumped the car in a parking garage or anything after his last stream and just went on foot into a house or other area without people.
