    Also, in regard to the whole trans discussion, the reason why we have people transition instead of trying to cure their gender dysphoria is because trying to cure them of it hasn't worked. Letting them transition generally cured their depression/suicidal tendencies/dysphoria and it doesn't affect anyone aside from them so I guess I just don't understand why anyone cares.

    Right and biology is science and certain facts are undeniable whereas social constructs change with time and place. So we are in agreement that a boy who feels/identifies as a girl is still a boy? Or would you call him a girl?

    And how about the genderfluid?

    tbch, as much as i don't have an issue with trans ppl and am supportive of them getting the acceptance and medical help they need transition-wise etc.

    i've never EVER understood why it's become so intertwined with the LGBs. it just seems odd.

    like... one of these things is very clearly not like the others. and the trans movement legitimately screws with the progress of gay rights because of them being linked like this

Pro tip: start your career and buy a house first. And find a good woman, no crazy hoes.

    It was easier for me to get illegal drugs in high school than it was to get alcohol (til my friend got a fake ID) because it involves convincing an adult to buy you alcohol. Most dealers don't care if you're a teenager. They're out to make money.

    It's much easier to track who is using drugs if they have to give their ID at a government-regulated store like a liquor store or weed shop. There would obviously be more regulations than with liquor, and this way people wouldn't shooting fent and dying or snorting cattle-dewormer and getting a flesh-eating disease. It wouldn't be like anyone can go to the corner store and buy m--- with $10 and no ID. As I said before, anyone who wants to do drugs will find a way. There is the dark web now -- even if you're a recluse with no connects you can still order drugs online. The amount of violence from the drug trade is bonkers dude. Journalists get beheaded in Mexico for negative reporting on el chapo. People s---t each other over a few hundred dollars. We waste millions of dollars every year incarcerating people for doing something that doesn't affect anyone but them.

    Obviously people who commit acts of violence on drugs would be banned from purchase/drug tested on probation and imprisonsed depending on the severity. It wouldn't be any different than it is now in that respect. People will still drink a handle of wild turkey and beat their wife.

    i do it all the time but again im not gay so i cant really comment on it being offensive or not

    its a different situation than fa---- tho

    if your neighbor wants to go snort cocaine he can do it right now, the only difference is that if he brings a d--- dealer around and the dude robs him or shoots him or extorts him or whatever he can't go to the police for help since he's buying drugs from the guy

    also legalizing drugs =/= everybody is going to turn into junk shooting m--- heads. a s--- load of people don't smoke or drink but cigs and alcohol are both legal.

    also i think the word fa---- is perfectly fine to use and shouldn't be taken as a gay slur because its been used for so long to just refer to things/people that are generally lame or annoying

    but i recognize that im not a gay person so my opinion isnt rly probably valid on that subject of whether it's offensive or not

    im still not gonna stop using it either way tho
