    Aww that's sweet that you had some mixed music for the both of you, luckily my mum and I have pretty similar taste so if we're driving together I'll just throw on my ipod and she'll be happy with it =p

    Shame most of your friends aren't interested in going to those sorts of gigs with you, especially because so many hip hop artists seem to stop off in Ams. If Dre does that tour with Snoop and Em ect, think you'll be heading to it? I've already discussed it with my bf and if it happens he's agreed to go with me. I'm expecting to be disappointed so at least I'm not let down.
    I really go through phases of favourite artists, my taste is pretty eclectic so it changes every few months. Past year has mainly been FKA Twigs, Bonobo, Alt J, Arctic Monkeys. How about yourself?

    I'm sure your friend was wasted most of his time there too =p No, I s--- and speak English, I know a lot more Dutch than French and I dont even know much of that ='(

    For long drives music is very important to me as well, so it's good that you and your mum have similar taste. Makes the trip a lot more comfortable =)

    True, but there are 2 people that are also big fans of rap music so most of the time at least one of them will go with me. If Dre actually does it -it's dre so I doubt it- I will definitely try to go there. One of my friends is a huge Snoop/Dre fan and he also loves Eminem and Kendricks music, already talked to him about it. We'll have a drink there =)! I'm sure the concert will be huge, I just hope eminem will stick to his older songs and doesn't do survival or won't back down lol.

    I listen to a lot tbh.. hiphop like kanye, kendrick, jay, nas, future, dre etc etc.. but also rnb music, a little dance -calvin harris/tiesto-, and I have to say I like Ellie Gouldings music, recently started to listen to her albums. I haven't heard of most of the artists you mentioned, will check them out! Arctic Monkeys are cool tho.

    Well, time to learn French and/or Dutch! Jk, if you can handle it with just english it's fine right?

    I couldn't stay away for too long, I missed you all :emoji_heart:

    Always gotta have a couple of drinks before a gig, prices aside, the venues normally have such a limited range of drinks and not very good stuff either. And yes! fingers crossed he stays with his older stuff, I've heard some of his songs post TES, not many, but I was not impressed lol.

    I've been using Duolingo recently for Dutch, it's not too bad, I seem to know more than I thought I did so that's been handy. I had a moment the other day actually where I was writing down the word 'brown' but automatically wrote 'bruin' so it's getting in there =p

    True, I usually try not to drink so much, otherwise I have to go to the bathroom during the concert too much. Most of the time we do that after the show.

    I know what you mean. With all the posting im english I sometimes type english words when I'm writing a report or something lol.
    Dutch is a difficult language but the best way to learn it is living where they speak it/experience! If I see you at a concert I'll see how far you got with it :emoji_wink:
