    Hey guys :thecoolcats:

    I witnessed possibly the greatest UFC event of all time over the weekend. If anyone wants to get into it... Saturdays card would be a great place to start. There's an MMA community on this website also.

    MMA stands for Mixed Martial Arts... It's a sport where tons of different methods of fighting are combined. The 3 most popular and efficient Martial Arts utilized are Kickboxing, Wrestling, and Jiu Jitsu. There are fighters that come from all kinds of Martial Art backgrounds though. It's quite a new sport and the fastest growing sport in the world at the moment. It's often dubbed as brutal, savage cage fighting but anybody who knows the sport well knows that it's all extremely technical. Most of the fighters that compete are very humble and 95% of the time they shake hands after the fight (even the not so humble ones). You also get people like Conor Mcgregor who aren't as common that talk a lot of s--- and have a very captivating, charismatic personality. He's also capable of backing up the talk though. He fought on Saturday. The guy is a budding superstar.

    And my weekend was great, thanks : )

    I mean, if anyone was gonna beat him, it was Chad. Conor apparently went into that fight with a torn MCL as well, among other injuries. He stayed calm and stuck to his game plan despite Chad's wrestling being a huge threat to his inadequate wrestling in comparison. Those front kicks to the body definitely took their toll on Chad and helped tire him out. Chad then stood in front of Mcgregor on the feet and was sluggish and you definitely can't do that... the rest is history. I definitely favour him to beat Aldo... and that's saying something as Aldo has been champion for a decade. That fight is gonna be f---ing massive.

    I'd be very proud to be Irish if i was you. Not only is Conor a great fighter and very charismatic... He's also very smart. He has a great mindset. I'm likely gonna travel to Ireland and see him at Croke Park when he fights there.

    Yeah I was getting very nervous at the start, Conors takedown defense was pretty poor. And the elbows he was getting looked very painful, but then when he got up I knew he was gonna TKO him.Really looking forward to the Aldo fight now tho, he has no where to run now :)

    Rory MacDonalds fight was really rough, he looked like he got hit by a truck..
