    One Mic is my all-time favorite song of any genre. It's funny thinking about it but it took me ages to finally listen to Illmatic, all that time as a kid I was confused as to why he kept on mentioning that damm album :laff:

    Illmatic honestly made me start perfecting my craft at writing at a very convenient time before College. It was just mind-blowing to me how vivid his stories were along with incorporating clever metaphors and multi-syllabic rhyme schemes, but he sounded just so cool & effortless doing it.
