    I know, but he does like to exploit us like we are villains or something. I know what we do to the Asylum seekers is terrible, but he's definitely giving us a bad look.

    I've been wanting to start for a long time but I'm a d-ck so I haven't. I kinda want to do the whole entering an altered state of mind thing the shortcut way. AKA psychedelics. A girl I know can get me into an ayahuasca event and I'm gonna do it eventually. I think it's exactly what I need. She's also the one that keeps recommending I meditate but I just don't get around to it. but yeah for sure update with your progression as you do it.

    They mentioned something about a physical experiences while in meditation. I really did feel light headed, as in a sense the stress was leaving me and I kept feeling a sore spot on one side of my back and throat. like my negative feelings were resonating and settling in one spot, you know what I mean? That was a nice read :emoji_thumbsup:
