    Ahh that makes a bit more sense, I was wondering what kind of stores stay open that late!
    Must be nice not having to deal with customers face to face, especially when doing returns.

    Girl, customers write angry letters to us. It's not OUR fault, it's the pickers upstairs. One letter was like

    "My son is without his shirt! I asked for a BOYS XL and I got a MEN'S XL. What is wrong with Nike.com? Ya'll are so r-----ed and you all didn't pick up the phone when I called!"

    ....Bruh

    Lol, I'm so surprised people would write in letters, at least letters are easier to laugh at then in a customers face =p
    It's always annoying though when people attack the only person they deal with, as if you are the only one to handle their order, from the point of design till it's in their hands, if anything is wrong with it that's obviously your doing *eye roll*

    Riiiight! But that did make me laugh so hard, my boss was reading it so dramatically. And their handwriting was ugly as f--- and all over the paper. SMH

    We once got a return with loose leaf notebook paper....like.....seriously? Weird s--- happens here sometimes lol
