Following the death of Bugz, Eminem volunteered as replacement to fulfill the group's forthcoming obligations. This led to Eminem eventually rejoining the group

Lol all valid points. But I think they definitely held their own on Devil's Night and (to a lesser extent) D12 World. They can put together good verses when Eminem is there to help orchestrate everything else (beats, hooks, mixing, features, etc), but when they're on their own they are absolutely clueless. It's like night and day really. D12 with and without Em are like two totally different groups. Oh and I liked the BME EP by the way.

This is what happened. They even explain it on their MTV documentary from 2004. D12 was actually signed to Shady Records with six members including Bugz. But very soon after that Bugz was killed so Eminem rejoined to fill his spot.

If you know you're right why do you refuse to listen to it? I'd get what you're saying if one of them had a foggy memory but for all three of them and sway to have f----- a up memory? I doubt it. I used to think it was like how you said too but who are you gonna believe? Wikipedia or the actual members?

Yea Eminem left D12 in the late 90s to focus on his solo career. Pretty sure that's when he recorded most of his original Bad Meets Evil material with Royce and worked with the Outsidaz too. He signed D12 as a favor, fulfilling his promise that he would "come back and get them" if he ever made it, when he got his own record label (Shady Records) in 1999. He didn't officially rejoin the group until after Bugz's death soon after.

I know the full story so you're just wasting your type by typing it out and getting all angry man.
