I don't lean anywhere, but if you listen to CA or WPG you would think I'm very conservative. I'm really not anything. my views fall on both sides of the political spectrum.

btw - TPP isn't necessarily a right wing thing. ive heard alot of republicans criticize that.

^It is highly unlikely that your views fall 50/50 so you lean one way or another. I think you should consider figuring out how you feel about the top 20 issues facing America and find out where you stand. If you don't understand your own believe system, how can you understand any one else's?

Abortion? Death penalty? Immigration? Free trade? Drugs? Marriage? Taxes? Affirmative action? Military spending? War? Welfare? Voter ID? Separation of church and state? Nuclear weapons? Guns? Climate Change? And I'm sure I'm missing a few but both parties have very different ideas on how to handle all of these issues.

You can be an independent and agree with different issues on both sides, dude. It's not unheard of. It's why parties like The Libertarian and Green party exist. If I am pro choice and against mass immigration what am I? If I am in favor of non interventionist policies and in favor of separating religion and state where am I? If I am pro gun but in favor of single payer health care where am I?

I am neither liberal or conservative. Im an independent. I really don't lean either way. lots of ppl who are like this.

I agree Dems want more gun control meaning background checks and eliminating certain weapons and high volume magazines. I really don't understand how that is not just common sense. I also do not understand how the police force is not fighting for gun control.

I do not agree that Dems want more immigration. I think Dems are okay with our current system even though Hillary would and has voted for stricter boarder control. Obama has deported more immigrants than any other president.

They most certainly want more immigration... and i am not anti immigration, but there are always problems with mass immigration when you expect everybody to assimilate, and that simply doesn't always happen.
