What would it matter what china has anyway it'd be South Korea getting attacked Besides you can have the most advanced missile defence system on planet but it's not gonna be able to catch every single missile in the event it starts raining missiles Seoul has 20 million people alone. Even apart from nukes North Korea has tens of thousands of missiles and artillery aimed at Seoul. It could very well launch all of its nukes too and there are a few bound to slip through the defense system. That is, a few nukes hitting an incredibly densely populated city of 20 million. It's not about who wins North Korea know they don't stand a chance but they can wipe out millions of people in an instant before they get taken down. And that's not even including the clusterfuck that would happen after and possible conflict between superpowers. Attacking North Korea like that is a horrible idea or they would've done so already. Even if the U.S did get China and Russia on it's side to quickly destroy the North in a sneak attack they would still be able to launch nukes at neighbouring countries
