Freddie with the top tier raps and Al coming through with his mindblowing production and you have an amazing 10 track album that does exactly what it sets out to accomplish. I hope they run it back again one day because we absolutely need that s---. All the features did their part, you guys know I absolutely will always love to see a Tyler feature, and the song is even greater in context of the entire album. Feb 24, 2025 Alfredo truly is a modern classic. Alchemist is too good man. Freddie’s flows are also very well thought out because he hits just the right balance of floating on the beat and agressively spitting.

Was cool seeing some different names on this project such as Moneybagg Yo and Offset (even though his voice was autotuned like crazy when it did not need to be). Feb 24, 2025 You Only Die 1nce - Freddie Gibbs Score: 85 Freddie's latest project and the last project on this 16 project run. Solid project and rounds out his discography so far! This was actually my first Freddie Gibbs album, I listened to it earlier this year for my 2024 album marathon and I quite enjoyed it then too, but I got a whole lot more context for it after listening to Freddie's 15(!!!) prior projects. I am sticking with streaming for most of these discogs besides discogs I know better (like Travis, Tyler, Em, I'm going to include projects like Owl Pharoh, b------, and Infinite), but if there are better versions of projects on other platforms than the versions that are on Spotify, let me know!
Feb 24, 2025 A$AP Rocky is up next! Also, just did the math on Freddie's discog score had that Tonite Show project not have happened, and it was an 84. He would have been in 2nd place between The Weeknd and DOOM had that project not been there, but he got put in last just BARELY being beat out by Clairo. Granted it is 3 albums vs 16 albums, but still crazy how one project can knock a overall score down so much.
Feb 24, 2025 The original version has a couple differences. Nothing as big as the Lil Wayne mixtape releases, but still notable Tracks removed from the streaming version are: Purple Swag part 2 with SGP and Nast, Kissin Pink with Ferg (probably one of Rocky's best EVER), and Out of This World. The streaming version adds OG Purple Swag and Sandman which is dope, but the missing tracks are a shame. Especially Kissin Pink, like holy s---. LLA is probably my favorite of Rocky's output probably due to the fact that I'm from Houston and the tape is basically Houston-inspired Cloud Rap, but it really is an incredible project.
