Mar 2, 2017 i mean gay people could be jailed in some states as recently as 2004 for having gay sex, and there's a lot of legislative push on the conservatives side of things since the supreme court rulings and before it, that would effectively allow businesses etc. to discriminate against, for example, gay people.
