wtf? thats actually the first time I read thhis

Tpab is by far his most complete and best work, but that album transcends hip hop, so if you only like rap music, you may not like it.

And I don't see how you could say that gkmc > s80, unless you're a hypebeast.

Honestly tpab is my favorite, with gkmc and s80 tied at second place. UU at #4

    Define "producer"

Dj Khaled basically orchestrates s---, grabs a producer, selects only the best of beats…he doesn't make the beats if thats what you want to know.

    Nop

He's more like an executive producer. He gets different rappers and producers in a room together and keeps the songs for his own album

Brah, i don't even care who's song it is. The kendrick verse is overrated and only gets so much attention because he used the name calling as a gimmick. And he sounded desperate when he did it too. Because big sean had a smooth flow and wasn't as eager as kendrick to prove a point.

People praise the name calling cause no other rapper has the self confidence and skill to call out the biggest rappers like that. Not Cole, Sean, electronics, Drake. Kendrick made it his song. Nobody except us remembers the big Sean verse.

A renegade is a renegade, it can't be determined by 1 guy. The fact is,people forgot sean was on the song, it was all about kendrick and jay.

Also, it wasn't a real song, sean knew he couldn't clear the sample so he told kendrick he could freestyle over that beat. And no matter what you think about sean or control, Kendrick had the best verse on it.

just so u know u just described the role of a producer

dj khaled is the producer he directs; gets the artist and tells them the direction they need to take he has full control of the project

the "beat maker" is the composer

and yes khaled has made some beats before but it seems he gears towards the producer role instead

I actually said he was like an executive producer. I asked him to define "producer" because I knew he was talking about beatmaking.
