May 20, 2016 I think the key factor might be the container You're used to drinking from a can and buying soda at your local store because it's more "convenient" Get a glass bottle, fill it with water and stuff it in your backpack
May 20, 2016 I know for a fact if I would just buy a 12 pack of bottled water I'd drink it and resist my normal pop drinking for the most part. I just always forget to get it at the store and end up picking up 12 packs of pop instead

May 20, 2016 I drink at least two 48 oz hydro flasks a day, plus another 20 oz bottle when I go running. And I usually have a can of Dasani fizzy water also, since it's free at my work. Sometimes I buy the Lacroix brand at home cuz those are usually better flavors. Fizzy water + coffee helped me quit soda about a year ago
May 20, 2016 my only sink is my bathroom one and its s---, and it's about the habbit. Bottled water works because I'm use to grabbing something out of the fridge and cracking it open and then just drinking it

May 20, 2016 3 litres or so daily, keep the 1 litre nalgene by my side at all times, major key no sense paying for bottled water if your city's tap water is safe...if you're from Flint or one of the other communities with tainted water you've got bigger problems anyway
