Jul 14, 2016 It's good after a workout but it's like soda, you don't want to drink it all the time. I think it's actually worse for your teeth than soda. It depends on your level of physical activity and how much of the drink you’re consuming, if you’re a marathon runner or someone who partakes in hours of strenuous activity, then the electrolytes that Gatorade offers may benefit you. But, if you’re just working out for an hour at the gym, then the excess sodium and sugar are not necessary, and water will do just fine. Pretty much, you don't want to drink a gatorade after every workout, better to find a happy medium. I also made a similar thread about water intake a little bit ago. I drink at least two of these a day.
Jul 14, 2016 There are 14 grams of sugar in a single 8-ounce serving of Gatorade and it isn't just regular sugar. It’s refined sucrose syrups that give it that sweetness and high sugar content
Jul 14, 2016 so I was wrong my whole life, wow 3-5L is a lot, d--- But it's not that hot where I live, I guess my goal is lower, and my pee is clean so I'm fine I guess
Jul 14, 2016 when people see clean pee...like white pee? @Soldier if yes, then d--- i need to drink much more water
Jul 14, 2016 So the average bottle of the drink is 32 ounces, which results in 54 grams of sugar if they drink it all
Jul 14, 2016 Yeah but it's not awful for you, like I said, after a long strenuous workout, it's definitely a good drink to have. I normally don't drink gatorade after workouts though, I always drink a protein shake. Gatorade has been used as a mix with liquor more for me lol.
Jul 14, 2016 i do but when i play and watch tv i like to drink something...so water with flavor feels better to me
Jul 14, 2016 All I can say though is for those who don't think they are getting enough water daily, and to those who think they are, look it up because you still probably aren't. My two gallons a day is actually probably a little excessive but I'm very active so it's not a big deal. You may think you aren't dehydrated but you really are. There are so many benefits to drinking the right amount of water everyday.
Jul 14, 2016 i'm not sure, i've never been big on flavored water or anything, i'm fine with just regular water. i'm sure you could find something that works well if you look it up though.
Jul 14, 2016 Actually, my friend had this flavored water that were in cans and I think it had organic flavors, let me ask him what it was and I'll let you know.
Jul 14, 2016 He said good water. I've had coconut water before and it is disgusting, granted it is very good for you but I can't bare the taste.
Jul 14, 2016 oooooooooh thats good but wont too much of it start f---ing you up? its natural laxative
