Jul 14, 2016 switching from flavored water/soda drinks to regular water was one of the best decisions this year. It's cheap, It helps me drink more, It's healthy, and good for my regular workout, 3 times in a gym a week, I'm not a sport person, I just workout for un and looks. Also, now, when I eat something sweet I like it more, because I'm not so used to sugar right now. I always have a 1.5L bottle at my desk and 0.5L bottle in my bag, I just drink it when I feel like it, I think I'm doing about 2L a day, not sure if that is enough tho
Jul 14, 2016 I don't care for strawberries, but someone else might like it. Yes it will, but everything in moderation is great. Water, and Coconut water if you're lounging around i suppose. great source of potassium if you dont get alot of fruits, or vegetables.
Jul 14, 2016 I honestly, sadly don't. Some days I only get like 2-4 cups. Today I haven't had any water so far.
Jul 14, 2016 @Koolo this is what I was drinking at my friend's house the other day. It's called Spindrift Seltzer water. There are a bunch of different flavors but this is what I found online. They were very refreshing and would be a good substitute to soda if you are a soda person. Spindrift is proud to produce the first sparkling waters made with freshly pressed juice. To create the most vibrant flavor, our grapefruits are juiced and bottled within two weeks of harvesting. Each four-pack of Spindrift Grapefruit Seltzer is made with 3/4 of a freshly squeezed grapefruit. It’s refreshingly tangy with just the right amount of bubbles. Spindrift Seltzer is available in 3 additional flavors: Raspberry-Lime, Cucumber and Lemon. - Made with 3/4 of a freshly squeezed grapefruits - No added sugar - 15 calories per can - Gluten Free & Kosher
Jul 14, 2016 i recently started drinking a gallon a day, but only kept it up for a week. no excuse tbh...i'll start back again tomorrow.
Jul 14, 2016 After the first week or so, you really get used to it and actually become more thirsty for water. When I first started, I had a little trouble downing a full gallon but in the past 3-4 months, I drink 1 and a half to 2 and a half gallons a day easily depending on what I'm doing.
Jul 14, 2016 I actually thought it'd be more difficult than it was at the time. I believe that the intake would go up as your body normalizes.
Jul 14, 2016 Don't know how you can drink as much as soldier drinks and not have to pee every 10 minutes, my bladder sucks. I also have trouble getting bathroom breaks at work sometimes so yeah I don't drink nearly enough to say the least.
Jul 14, 2016 tbh the sooner koolo switches to drinking solely water the healthier he will be. drinking flavored water is stupid
