Jul 14, 2016 I do it for a few reasons: 1. Keeps your skin healthy/hydrated 2. Healthiest thing to drink 3. Being hydrated allows you more energy Could list a few more reasons but I have cut most other drinks out of my diet besides teas and water. The occasional soda like once a month. ive tried to keep myself healthier and that was the first step. Cut out sodas and such actually helped lose weight So short answer: I think it all depends but for me it's a mind set that I need to do it
Jul 14, 2016 Drink six water bottles of water a day, at least. I usually spend about two hours at the gym a day so I drink a ton there and since I take Creatine pills, if I don't drink enough water everyday I'll pass a kidney stone. Forces me to just drink a s--- ton all day.
Jul 14, 2016 I went from a pretty scrawny 156ish to a pretty muscular 165-167 from Febraury to now. I don't know if it's the Creatine or not, because in that same time I got pretty serious about my diet and I meal prep now and don't cheat too often, so I'm sure it's a combination of both, but I don't feel like it's hurting me, so why not, ya know?
Jul 14, 2016 Nice dude, how tall are you? I loaded on creatine for a little bit like you're supposed to but like I said it just didn't feel like it was doing anything.
Jul 14, 2016 I drink 10-12 bottles of water a day. I piss about once an hour. Very annoying but it has helped me lose weight since I quit drinking alcohol.
Jul 14, 2016 I'm like 5'9" 3/4, so on any acting resume I turn in, I just say I'm 5'10". Basically the same thing.
Jul 14, 2016 Switch to 3-4 sparkling water cans (seltzer, Dasani, Lacroix, etc - the onl ingredients are water and natural flavors), great substitute for soda. I only drink soda as a mixer for alcoholic drinks now, quit regular soda drinking about a year ago. Also just carrying a water bottle around everywhere is a great way to make yourself drink it
Jul 14, 2016 Mmhm I'm good about bringing a water with me places, I'll usually have a few bottles a day, I've just never really been limited on sodas since I was a kid so I've developed a genuine caffeine addiction since like 9.
