Longer answer, I believe it will be mandatory to have it if you want to leave your own country. Similar to how malaria shots are required to certain parts of the world. If the choices come to never being able to travel properly again or take a vaccine that is still in its infancy then I'm going with the vaccine.
Either way, as the vaccine gets more usage we will begin setting if side effects are a real dear it not. In the UK, we've been vaccinating people for a week now and all that's been reported is 2 nurses who have had an allergic reaction to it. That and being advised not to take it off you're pregnant or trying to concieve.
