Mar 19, 2018 yeah this is kinda my point, as a whole Kanye's entertainment history is usually because of his outlandish and outspoken "controversial" antics - outside of his music. he has been a "d-ck" in the public eye far too many times imo for people to constantly respect him throughout the years. It's like his character, though i think is great, is not the type of thing we've seen praised for long periods of time in hip-hop. if that makes sense. I used Tupac as an example because there are still people to this day that cape him as the greatest rapper of all time and use things like his cultural impact and message for reasoning. The same would never happen with Kanye because he is a "d-ck".
