Mar 28, 2016 On an individual level yes their actions are their own crosses to bear but the entire problem of having a dysfunctional society exists because white people made it that way. In the early 1900s it's no jobs for black people other than maybe janitor and s--- so they had to stay in their own areas where no one could afford anything and had to turn to circumventing laws put in place to harm them. We can even see this in modern times sets were formed to protect the community not s---t the guys two blocks over but the federal government supplied excess weapons from the Soviet-Afghani conflict and fueled the drug trade with the introduction of crack cocaine shipped in by our allies. The government as recently as the Reagan Administration has used black people as pawns for income, destroying the culture in the process. Most young black criminals are products of their environment, am environment the white government created.
