Oct 8, 2016 No, but don't tell your friends you don't mind Young Thug. Now whenever I have a different opinion I get the ol' classic "Yeah but you like Young Thug" thrown at me. What the h--- man.
Oct 8, 2016 You have lame friends. All of my friends who listen to rap, even dustheads that almost exclusively listen to 90s s---, respect Thugger.
Oct 8, 2016 I regularly listen to a white movie critic who I don't particularly like. He suggested the movie DOPE was a disingenuous representation of the black experience in that area, apparently unaware that the director was a black person who grew up in the exact area and period he was depicting. So yeah, I think being white certainly alters your perspective when it comes to a genre as steeped in African American culture as hip-hop. That doesn't mean it's an insurmountable obstacle or that white people can't form defensible opinions on any aspect of the music. That'd be silly. tl;dr There are male gynecologists.
