Aug 6, 2015 f--- you guys who can't count the time. Here for everybody a counter: http://itsalmo.st/#comptonrelease so in 5 hours and 34 minutes its on Apple Music / Beats1
Aug 6, 2015 Anyone in Europe know what time this will be available? I'm guessing the streaming thing starts at 3am CET, but when is it out on Itunes? My Swedish Itunes says the album is expected on the 9th, on effin sunday? What about Apple Music, available in all countries at the same time? Might just wait for a proper leak, will probably by the cd later anyway, unless it's a s--- album, which I don't think it will be though...
Aug 6, 2015 Are we sure about this? Cause that would be kinda stupid... Isn't it available to stream whenever you want to and how much you want to, but within those three hours? That would make more sense...
Aug 6, 2015 pls use the listening session thread for now https://forum.sectioneighty.com/off...listen-thread-streaming-links-included.t39464 tomorrow i will merge both threads
Aug 7, 2015 Is it me, or is the woman at the end of "Loose Cannons" is the same woman who was screaming at the end of "Yellow Brick Road"? It almost seems like she has the same tone of voice, but I cannot tell.
Aug 7, 2015 Why is there a section called Compton OST when it's not an actual OST. We know now that "soundtrack" is a part of the album's title. Compton, A Soundtrack by Dr. Dre. good kid maad city, a short film by kendrick lamar.
Aug 7, 2015 Opinions/reviews I really wanna hear about this album from the following posters... @M Solo @Koolo @Swizz @Narsh @Brubbels And of course @ImmortalTechnique because he's the biggest hater here, so if he likes it it's gotta be good.
Aug 7, 2015 Want to give the album another few spins to really sink in, but I don't see myself finding it anything less than very good/great. Want the hype of the "event" to die down a bit so I can listen with fresh ears, but it is definitely a very enjoyable record. Most of the features were excellent (particularly Snoop and Game for blowing my expectations out of the water and Kendrick for clearly realizing that he was part of history and performing at a level to justify that) Obviously not a perfect album, either. Worst part was clearly Eminem's verse on MM, totally unnecessary and didn't fit.
