Aug 21, 2015 Still can't get into this much at all, few good songs but even those I feel like there's no reason to listen to them again. Starting to think I just don't like new mainstream rap anymore I guess...
Aug 21, 2015 In America? I went to Best Buy and Target in New York today and it was nowhere to be found.
Aug 21, 2015 My thoughts exactly. I just for the life of me can't understand why so many people are calling this a classic. There's literally not one song on the album that I even consider single worthy.
Aug 21, 2015 Yeah! I'm near Cleveland and they had plenty. Edit: I went to Target first, but they didn't have it.
Aug 21, 2015 Who cares if there are singles though? An argument can be made that Big Egos, What's The Difference and The Watcher are the top 3 songs from 2001 and none of those would have made good singles. I do see where you're coming from though to an extent. I watched this video and thought what could have been.... With that said I think Darkside/Gone is on par with ANYTHING Dre has ever done and songs like Talking To My Diary, All In A Day's Work and All On Me are better than 99% of anything else I've heard in rap the last 5 or so years.
Aug 24, 2015 All on me, Darkside/gone, all in a days work, deep water, especially that f---ing Kendrick verse..> s---, I even bump medicine man. f---ing great album, thank you Dre for this.. I really needed music like this at this time in my life.. Right now all on me is on repeat. That one hits me hard..
Aug 25, 2015 Got a physical copy at best buy, still can't. Stop listening to this. This album is Dre's GOAT
Aug 25, 2015 I think I've said this before but Snoop Dogg describing "Still D.R.E." in that video is one of the best things I've ever seen. Anyway my top 3 after many many listens is All In A Day's Work, Darkside/Gone and Deep Water. f---ing great album.
