    on that white board with fredwreck infront of it ETA was on the ''Detox whiteboard'' if dre is putting these songs on his album f--- him and fuckl aftermath thousands of songs and cant even give us a decent album ugh guy just pisses me off everyday i become less and less of a fan

    The way I look at it is there's 3 ways this music goes
    1) no way dre puts out a full solo project with 12 or more new songs PLUS a "dr dre presents the contract ep" with 6 additional songs in the span of a few months so these 6 songs will be in the solo album

    2) full solo album with completely new material but the contract isn't under Dre's name and these end up being "throw away" music that will eventually come out on streaming under official rockstar/gta account like those playlist

    3) we never get the gta music officially or in full quality but get a solo album

    Dre had the chance to see the demand for the tracks. It would be pretty stupid not to release them now. Just upload them under a rockstar games profile if there is an exclusivity-deal.

    No way he will keep these for the album, he gave them some leftovers for the game which was most likely planned from the start when they did that other GTA Online collab where Dre's music was stolen.

    Think about it though. It's not surprising that ETA was on a Detox list at some point, they probably all were. The fact that they're out in another way most likely means they're not on that list anymore. I don't think Dre is going to give away half of his album, in advance, to a GTA tie-in deal. That doesn't seem like a beneficial move for Dre or his album release, and GTA would surely be making much more noise about hearing a chunk of Detox early. These seem closer to a Relapse Refill situation, where the songs selected have been cut from the next project already.

    yeah i realised this too fallin up is b-----r but i could care less for any other tracks infact i havent spun them at all for few weeks now dre deffiniley has enough material that the fans want on a album but keeps f---ing around in that studio i cant wait anymore idec anymore f--- him

    oh i see that i do but the longer he waits to put out this ''album'' the less and less people will care i cant honestly say their are people in my country waiting for an dr dre album in 2022 lol and ive been listening since the chronic

    I think a lot is going wrong right now with the GTA concept, they bring out exclusive tracks after a long time but only for the game, then too long is waited and the EP is leaked and even appears in the charts, then removed again plus Dre's internal people say and post it's official, let's see what happens next, too bad how it's going

    Was supposed to drop in january but snoop delayed it again because of a solo project by him. Apparently it will see the light of day in a few months.

    Any confirmation that it was delayed because of Snoop? Seems more likely that the project got delayed for other reasons and Snoop decided to put out a solo instead.

    I personally don't think we'll ever see this album. It seems that they care more about it being a success than carrying about the music.

    I think it's actually the third time in a row that this happens. Mount westmore was announced for early 2021 and then for the fall. And it didn't come out both times because Snoop dropped something.

    I'm curious to see what happens next? Eminem album is still open, Kendrick determined and Dre's solo project and what GTA is all about, definitely exciting weeks until the Super Bowl and afterwards
