Jul 20, 2015 DBS will be retelling the BoG movie. Basically the movie in saga form. Will be more fleshed out in this series. Hope that clears it up.

What process was there, what were Buu’s ingredients, etc… A: Though in the manga Kaiōshin said that Bibidi made him, the truth is that one called “Buu” was not actually created by Bididi, but has existed since time immemorial. He cycled between rampages and long hibernation. During numerous iterations of this cycle, he absorbed the evil elements of mankind, becoming steadily more violent. Bibidi merely knew the means of calling Buu from out of his long slumber. Since the current Buu is a slightly different life-form due to the changes brought about when the evil Buu was expelled, it’s not known whether he’ll still go into long hibernation. Q: Who was it that sealed the Elder Kaiōshin away in the Z Sword? A: The Kaiōshin (who create planets) and the Gods of Destruction (who destroy them) have never gotten along that well, but once every 1,000 years they go to each other’s realms and hold a coordination meeting. At this time, they got into an argument over some trifling thing, and a certain short-tempered God of Destruction sealed Elder Kaiōshin away inside a sword. Naturally, it wouldn’t have been proper for him to destroy the Kaiōshin Realm itself. By the way, that God of Destruction was Beerus.
Jul 20, 2015 Dragon Ball Z got ended on some bs. And everyone know's Gohan should have defeated Buu. That was the biggest crock of s--- ever. And yes Gohan is my favorite character (couldn't really tell you why). And yeah, I do see why Goku went god status. Even though Goku in the main character I always felt his roll was kind of played out. Gohan beat Cell and other than that it was pretty much all Goku. It was a given knowing who would win each battle and it honestly got a little old. I always wanted Vageta totaly up Goku in a arc but then have Gohan replace Goku as the number one Z fighter... I do have a question though. It's been four year's since they faught buu. So why hasn't Trunk's and Goten aged at all?
Jul 20, 2015 Goku didn't seem to age much at all until he turned like 18. maybe Saiyans tend to have late growth spurts? Gohan appeared to age at a normal rate though
Jul 20, 2015 Yeah I agree, I reckon that Gohan's shine in Cell saga and beginning of Buu saga, seemed like they were gonna transition Main character status to him, then decided against it (probably due to the majin vegeta vs Goku fight). Looks like they were building him up then, dropped the ball with it and put their focus back onto Goku/Vegeta.
Jul 20, 2015 I feel like it's time for a change. Dragon ball and DBZ was all Goku, it's time to pass the torch. I think the character roster need's to be trimmed a lot as well. There are a good handful of charcters that really bring nothing to the table at this point.

Jul 20, 2015 I just hope Goku doesn't die an absurd amount of times in this series tbh I hope they take this chance to simplify the whole going "SSGod" thing. Having 5 Saiyans in a circle is kinda dumb, and then makes the SSGodSS from Resurrection F super weird to explain cause they obviously don't do the circle (Haven't seen the movie yet but from what I've heard). Also they don't have 5 Saiyans.. Videl isn't pregnant yet (unless they change Pan's birthdate)

Jul 22, 2015 Yo I watched the revival of F movie and agree the ending is pretty s---, but I think it works in the sense that it shows just how strong and overpowered the people in the dragon ball universe are. Check my spoiler, there's no plot details apart from what you have already mentioned, just an explanation of why. Spoiler: .. From the start of the movie, they always mention things like "Oh Frieza is so powerful he can destroy planets by pointing at them" and there's another key scene where he's flying to earth from space and one of his minions says "if you hate this guy so much, why not just blow up his planet right here right now?" So i'm pretty sure the ending is to show off how strong the people in the universe are, while also showing that Beerus/weiss can do whatever the f--- they want
Jul 22, 2015 Thanks, and yeah I understand Spoiler: .. wasn't mad at what beerus did really but I was a little pissed at the other thing. Finally Vegeta would get his revenge, and again they ruined that and made Goku the hero again. I really hoped it would be different.. and it was at first, until they went back in time. @CoCo
