    Manga is source material and is the only reliable cannon
    Anything that appears in anime that isn't in manga is filler and doesn't actually exist in lore. It's used to extend the life of animes


    Pikkon existing already means that Goku > Cell

    Yeah filler can be cannon but invented arcs in the present are always filler
