    This Scorpion king album really doesn't live up to the classic movie. We waited decades for this soundtrack and it's a sleeper. The Rock must be disappointed in this album

    So only highlights for me disc 1...Sandra's Rose (really liked the beat) and Talk Up (Jay came through)

    Second disc supposed to be more RnB right? Yeah not gonna bother, not really feeling it and can't imagine liking 2nd side more

    That’s almost exactly how I feel.

    This album (hot take here) would’ve been his best besides Take Care if it got the NWTS treatment and saved the other tracks for a mixtape. Because some songs on here are AMAZING. While some like “Rachet Happy Birthday” should’ve been locked up forever

    They’re very, very old vocals from 1980 apparently from Paul Anka/Michael Jackson sessions (This is where “This Is It” came from). Probably extremely damaged vocals that 40 tried to salvage with Melodyne and EQ.

    This isnt great. Too long of an album.

    Sandras Rose is the best song. Ratchet is the worst.

    Decent album. Much better than Views and More Life. Much Worse than NWTS, TC, and IYRT

    Make no mistake, they’re definitely Michael vocals. I am a huge Michael fan. And I know when I hear fake Jackson vocals (cough Michael album cough). They’re just very old and damaged. Those rough tapes have probably been around longer then Thriller.
