    Not defending Drake, cause even if he did respond I don't think he would've beat Pusha. But J Prince made both sides stop, and called Pusha a pig. Pusha didn't say s--- about that, cause apparently you don't talk s--- to this dude. So, everyone knew there would be no real reply.

    That contextualizes it, but it's not an excuse. Drake still dedicating lines to rejuvenate his image. Push won.

    Also, when did Prince even hit him up? There was like a week lull before that stuff came out.

    oh yeah, the battle Push won by far. No question. But Drake gonna go jump into his vault and go swimming in money like Scrooge McDuck from what he makes off this album. Pusha won't.

    This the most lame duck excuse of all time lol. Push sold 80% physical. His album was a financial success and a critical one. He also made Drake a laughing stalk again which took like 10 years for Drake to shake off the first time.

    I was aiming more for his energy/overall vibe of the pocket of the song that he slide those lines into than the content

    Pusha's album was better but Drake will make more money off of this. Not rocket science. No one listens to artists because they think they're cool Charles lol. Drake was always a fake a--- person. That doesn't mean anyone who listens to it cares. I think Kanye's a piece of s--- and I still listen to his music.

    Okay, but you're acting like because Drake can buy more jump suits than Pusha that he didn't get blown out. He did. No reason to pretend otherwise if your Twitter handle doesn't have OVO in it.

    The fact Drake is still piece meal responding proves how hard Pusha's diss was.
