    Mob Ties is probably the song I listened to the most besides the singles of course.

    I also like Elevate and Blue Tint, Survival and the Jay track. But I really hope his next project is a lot shorter. On one song he said that he gave them (his label) two for 40 million, so it's pretty likely a business decision to stretch out Scorpion.

    lol i have seen this phrase about every Drake project since Take Care.

    Drake will never deliver a classic album. He is a slightly better J Cole. 2 of the most boring rappers but 2 of the most popular as well.

    Attempting to psycho-analyze this verse from Emotionless because it's so tonally inconsistent.



    This is clearly him passing on wisdom from lessons he's had to learn from himself. He makes it clear this is in response to reading hate online and using social media in general.


    At this point, he's masking the shade he's throwing at trolls as empathy for them? Idk, maybe he's just being mean. I don't think we've ever heard a rapper of this status throw subs at trolls. They clearly get under his skin.



    Is this holier-than-thou? Is he preaching down? Or is this him relating to people who feel this way? He started the verse sharing a faulty perspective of his with us and now kind of shifts gears into scolding others for their faulty perspectives.


    Is this him giving specific examples of that behavior he had to unlearn? Or is it pettiness like he's scolding particular people in his life? Why is it only women? Is he now the troll who ventilates their pain online? Even if he's not posting it at them, he just dedicated 9 bars to shi--ing on them.

    Very complex verse. It shifts gears so many times.
