Mine too. Because, although he keeps a fairly low register ( Which you rarely hear in contemporary R&B ) throughout the B*** of the song, it actually manages to come off sounding mad decent, vocally (And that's impressive for basic-voiced Aubs.). At least give it credit for being refreshing. I'm guessing people don't like that it confirms Drake to be a serial homewrecker. First Wayne with Tammy Torres (While he was locked up. Even though Wayne was barely faithful to her any-d----way. It's the principle. This is the n----- you signed to and he expected you to respectfully hold down the fort while he's serving a prison sentence). Now Abel with Bella Hadid. Yikes.

Interesting... I feel like they could be reaching but some of the s--- does make sense. Joe essentially said the same s--- @Poohdini & I said about how Kanye likely heard bits of this album before it came out & let Push know about the whole kid situation. Hence why Drake has attacked Kanye so much the entire month of June lol

It’s why Duppy was mostly him attacking Kanye. Push got all his info from Kanye, s--- was a set up as soon as Drake walked into the studio

Jay Z's got ad libs on his verse now and they extended Wayne's bridge on In My Feelings. I've heard a few other songs got better mixes so it's worth the DL imo

Relevant or irrelevant to Pusha or not he caught a lot of it, as he should've

He used a lot of plural words though. Instead of going at just push, he said things like,

“I just left from over by y’all putting pen to the sheets, tired of sitting quiet & letting my enemies eat”

“Y’all are the spittin image of whatever jealousy breeds”

“You n----s leeches & serpents, I think it’s good now the teachers are learnin”

Then on the album:

“n----s pullin’ gimmicks cuz they scared to rap, aye, funny how they shook” (kanye’s nonsense on twitter)

“I’m a bar spitter, im a hard hitter, yeah I’m light skinned but I’m still a dark n-----” (Kanye called him light skinned on Ye)

“I can’t even capture the feeling I had at first, meeting all my heroes, like seeing how magic works, the people I look up to are going from bad to worse, their actions out of character, even when they rehearse...breakin’ speed records on roads that these n----s paved, and they don’t like that, it’s written all over they face, I don’t know how ima make it out of here clean, can’t even keep track of who plays for the other team, iconic duos ripped & split at the seams, good hearted people are takin it to extremes” (obvi addressing kanye’s antics/his split with Jay)

Drake sending subs at Kanye the whole A side of the album tbh.

Yup, Ye pulled the strings on that whole attack on Drake. He not skilled enough as a rapper to pull it off though so he had Push do it for him

he's always used plurals for no reason, even in back to back.

the first lines point out to push being a hypocrite for coming at drake using writers, and then everything that follows about jealousy can easily be attributed to push gaining traffic from the beef. duppy is definitely a push t diss with ye as minimal collateral damage.

not disagreeing about shots on scorpion though.

Nah, there’s def a reason. Duppy was aimed at both Kanye & Push — even the topics match. On duppy he talks about people being jealous & then on emotionless, he again references how he’s breaking records on roads that people paved & they don’t like it etc. Also, the “teachers are learnin’” line on duppy is undoubtedly a shot at both Kanye & Push.

Was planning to at least on March 14. Told him he was dropping in June. Comes back, does more work with Ye. Ye announces his GOOD drops from late May-June hoping to take shine away from him while you plot to end his career with a diss from Push smh

Right like Ye obviously had this plotted and as soon as he hears Drake was about to drop the reply on that Friday, he calls J Prince and puts out that "the beef is dead" tweet to avoid the smoke, dude is a clown
