    tbh, after listening to elephant eyes, I started skipping the badness and enchanted :idk: I just kept hearing that annoying voice in the background. It really took sometime before my mind recalibrated. I then realized he actually had goat verses. :sweatt: Like what the f--- happened to dude's voice in that period of time :wtf2wtf:

    Every time I hear Caged Bird, around the time Omen starts rapping, I end up wishing Cole had put this on a different project and released it with a Nas or Godfather 50 verse. :sweatt:

    i feel they are very similar in the organic grassroots feel of the labels tho (+the fact they're all cool with each other/make music with each other and not just on the same label)

    and to me u can draw pretty accurate comparisons between the artists (in terms of sound/lane not necessarily quality)

    cole - kendrick (you know)
    bas - Q (bangers/lot of weed talk lol but still with some lyrics)
    omen - ab soul (lyriscism)
    cozz - isaiah (young cats with good rhymes and use lots of melodies)
    IB - Jay Rock (the og's :hehehe:)

    Interesting seeing the diff. opinions on Dreamville artists... i liked that first Cozz verse (Backseat?) but Bas came through and bodied him on Tabs. Grow is pretty dope (that slurred speech still gets me tho). But Cole mannnnnn, that's the Cole I need more of. At least 8 or 9 tracks with that type of subject matter and emotion on the next project and then however many mainstream joints he want
