Jul 11, 2019 Hes f---ing 50 using his nasally voice. This s--- is so unpleasant to the ears. I will never listen to this song EVER again. Eminem is so garbage now man, its sad. Use your 8mile voice jesusfuck
Jul 11, 2019 2018 not 2017. after kamikaze. it happened while em, 50, and ed connected on tour. which was after revival.
Jul 11, 2019 i thought Em's verse was really decent tbh and that it's by far one of the best "popish" tracks he is on this decade Also how awesome is the part where all 3 sing the hook at the end?
Jul 11, 2019 Em’s verse was not good. 50’s was okay, nothing special. Ed is the best part of this song and the hook is nice.
Jul 12, 2019 Song is fire. Nostalgic. Em sounded great on this too. Wonder if this will get radio play
Jul 12, 2019 This is actually really good. I liked the "pop appeal" line, and the flow during the skinny jeans bars was really nice. Ed Sheeran really came through as well. He doesn't get overshadowed and holds his own on the song, which a lot of people say is hard to do when Eminem is on your song. The 50 Cent verse sounds like a throwaway verse though. Both Ed and Em's verses connect to themes of reflecting on their careers and cementing their legacy, and not ready to hang up the mic, etc. 50 Cent's verse is just mindless flexing without any references to his legacy, which really is a wasted opportunity since he is the one most in need of relevancy of the 3, by far. He should have reminded everyone how he shaped the landscape of hip hop in the early-mid 00's and referenced his popular singles, accolades and beefs. Bigggg disappoint. Probably worth it to just make/download a verse with his verse cut off. Overall though the hook is catchy af and reminiscent of Nate Dogg, Ed and Em's verses are both great. Would be 8/10 but 50 Cent's verse drops it down to a 7.
