Do you not remember how bad river was with Ed and Eminem? Ed killed the hook, but Eminem’s choppy flow off beat mumbling complete ruined a potential hit. And this Em verse is probably a verse from revival that didn’t make the album or he recorded it while they were together. It’ll be another disaster. I still remember how bad you stans wanted to believe revival was going to outsell Drakes latest album and completely destroy the charts. Only for the exact opposite to happen.

Hopefully he uses a voice similar to stepping stones or back like careful what you wish for. But I think he can’t rap like that anymore. Just with it being Ed it’s already a potential hit. I’m sure 50 will deliver a decent semi solid verse. I just hope Eminem doesn’t ruin it with using lyrics like taking a s--- or piss or talking about turds. He needs to execute this verse so it does chart high and people will remember Eminem then and that he isn’t finished yet.

People would hear Eminem rapping like that again it would definitely make people think Eminem still has potential. Stepping Stones is a minor improvement compared to revival, but I almost feel stepping stones was an older unreleased song that he threw on Kamikaze tbh.

Or he’ll even the recovery flow he pulls in Castle.. just f---ing sound normal again. I dig the ringer and s--- like that but you have to spit crazy complex and fast for it to sound good. The issue is he’s been doing that for 8 years now it’s been time to reel it in and spit some normal pace s--- that is sonically pleasing.
Jun 29, 2019 There is no proof it is older than 2017. Even if I love the song, to me its existence seems unnecessary. Who cares about d12 nowadays? Plus the song seems much off the topic of Kamikaze album anyway. I believe Em got sentimental and wrote the song now - for Komikaze. It wouldn't make aby sense to use an old song with a subject matter noone cares about and that does not fit the theme of the album (I know the three love songs on the album seem out of place too, but as Em admitted himself on "So Bad", he is a hopeless romantic.

Jul 1, 2019 YESS!!! EM needs to f---ing know this!! Wish more fans were vocal about this. That's my biggest issue with him. I think if he dropped an album with some normal paced flows that were on his prime level, it would easily be his best album post hiatus.
