Mar 28, 2020 Vote goes to Little Engine. Good song but lacks replay value and has no content either Seeing some people vote Never Love Again breaks my heart for real. Verses are brilliant, flows are good, writing is excellent, Em's hook is good, the beat is good too. Overall the way he uses the relationship metaphor for drugs might not be "a never thought before " idea, but the way he puts it in this song is nothing short of excellent. Definitely one of my favourites on the album. Also, can't believe Yah Yah is out so soon lol, I've played it and enjoyed it more than I will
Mar 28, 2020 Never Love Again. The beat switch is cool but otherwise it's so forgettable and the same subject matter we've been getting for a decade. Wow the relationship is a metaphor for drug use, that's really original.
Mar 28, 2020 Godzilla by far the worst track left. Music video is better than the song itself. Feel as though it’s going to be Little Engine or Never Love Again which are both better than Godzilla IMO. This is making me realize how good this album kinda is. Edit: wow, yah yah is out already??? I’m questioning some of y’all stans beliefs here.
Mar 28, 2020 i have a theory. stans got rid of yah yah because they couldn’t handle em getting murked on his own track i get it. but just because black thought went god mode does not mean ems verse wasn’t dope too. it’s alright to lose to a rap legend occasionally.
Mar 28, 2020 This is true. Em had some gr8 verses on the album and his yahyah verse is nice top but royce and especially black thought outshined him. Its the collab that makes the song so good though
Mar 28, 2020 Little Engine I will never vote for "Never love again" The track is just so so great imo!
Mar 28, 2020 Leaving Heaven. 3rd verse is great but first 2 verses are so/so. Still the best Em and Grey song tho.
