    idk, Em has made enough s--- to put him outside of it, and Wayne's current trend of making bad music doesn't really seem to be subsiding barring a good appearance or two. They've both pretty much become parodies/mockeries of their former selves. This debate in another 5 years could really be who deserves to be in the 25 the most. Em fell off very, very badly after making three good to greatish albums, but the fact he's pretty much an inactive musician has slowed down the "how much worse can he get" narrative. Wayne has released 4+ bad projects in the last 6 years and his features haven't been any gleaming lights of hope for the most part. I feel as if he's borderline already out of the top 10, and another bad full length project really nails it.
