He did well to pull what he did from the tank for TDOSS but couldnt even keep it up for a whole album, ended terribly and lazily. His skills are top tier but I don't know if he has anything at all left artistically now.
May 27, 2025 at 8:16 AM Either go conscious rap route or go a math rock type of route. Just weird style of rapping completely devoid of any mainstream sensibilities. No more toxic relationship songs with pop singer hook and s-----y rock rap songs. Just what he does in tracks like All I Think About, Right For Me, but with weirder avant garde experimental production and flows. He is doing nostalgia bait, lyrical miracle, pop rap, rock rap all at the same time. Just do one and do one so well that it becomes a classic.
May 27, 2025 at 8:35 AM We won't have anything for a while imo, it's a mix between Em having nothing left to say (which is normal, man's over 50 at this point and he's been super rich for almost half his life which is great for him ofc but if you're a rapper that's fueled by sadness, anger and all that s---, it's hard to find things to talk about when you got your life together) plus he's probably crazy over his grandson and for the first time in a long time he must be feeling like "f--- rap", at least for now
