    It's not even specifically the song within itself. I do hate the beat, the sound... it's busy and cheesy.

    But it's more so just the eye-rolling formula of it, again.

    - Spacey vague hook about love
    - Pop-rock beat with big clap
    - Firey Em verses about relationship bla bla bla

    It's so pathetically desperate and unambitious.

    Create a new fkn sound and stop looking for hits or broad appeal ffs.

    Agree, It's funny to because around his prime he would just feature as the guy on the hook (s--- hits the fan, Drama Setter etc etc) Even those were decent.

    Thought his hooks were good on Relapse. He's full of s--- when he says he listens to his older music lol. He has no clue what made him sound good lol. Crazy. Even stupid hooks like s--- Can Happen, s--- on you were more enjoyable

    Listening to Revival on the regular, still a few tracks I skip, other than that it’s a decent project, I think I hated on it way too much in the beginning, but it’s been growing on me.

    I liked most of it at first listen.. solid album.. need to let it marinate a little bit though to see how much I really like it..

    Edit: nothing to do with the PRyhme album but since Royce got brought up and we in an Eminem thread, what ever happened to Rap on Steroids with Ems verse?

    After listening to this entire interview I’m convinced that Em needs No ID at least around if not producing on his next album.. even if he doesn’t produce and just advises.. listen to this interview and tell me he wouldn’t do Em a world of good..
