    He made the same mistake w the trump cypher diss.. he was trending. And instead of releasing another diss song (for f--- sake even Like Home) he didn't release s--- for a while and then came up with WoW (which is a great song but as a single...?)

    True that verse @ Chlora remix is f---ing amazing.

    I just listened to it again. A legit all-time great verse.

    I think that's my favourite Em style ever. That style is basically the Rap God style. Quick, slick, clear as f---, tricky, banging flow... over trap trancey s---, constant switch-ups... It really is the God style. I wish we had an album all in that style and it was called Rap God, with that as the title track.

    Recovery was the beginning of the end for Eminem's artistry.

    Whatever anybody thinks of Relapse... it was pure. He meant it. And it was what he wanted to make.

    Recovery was the first time - not that he listened to criticism and reacted to it, as he always did, but that he didn't have an artistic answer for it so instead... followed populist concepts. Got young, buzzy producers, big features and did all the s--- the label has probably been asking him to do forever.

    Once he did that, no turning back. Revival is the s-----y epitome of the beginning (Recov) of the end (Revival).

    So sad.

    Wish he just had the balls to follow his vision through.
