    Lool. Yeah his lines are weak as f---.

    Even though Recovery/HTS Em is corny as s--- compared to say... (mostly) MMLP2 era Em, his lines still pack a punch some of the time.

    "Law? f--- protocol, I'd holla at this ho, but now my throat is sore"

    That always cracks me up. Never get tired of him overdoing his woman hate s---.

    But yeah... people seem to rate Royce, like, modern Royce better than old day Royce. I understand he's a better rapper with more ability - rhyming wise, flow wise etc. but 90% of his lines since... I can remember are just terrible lol. Old day Royce had CLASSIC punches.

    True that verse @ Chlora remix is f---ing amazing.

    I just listened to it again. A legit all-time great verse.

    I think that's my favourite Em style ever. That style is basically the Rap God style. Quick, slick, clear as f---, tricky, banging flow... over trap trancey s---, constant switch-ups... It really is the God style. I wish we had an album all in that style and it was called Rap God, with that as the title track.

    Royce's HTS period wasn't great aside from Take From Me and Fast Lane. And his rapping on Welcome To Our House was god awful. But once he sobered up, holy s--- did he get better.

    PRhyme 1, Layers and Bar Exam 4 are great.

    And Book Of Ryan is phenomenal.

    Walk on Water, Castle and Arose the only songs I would like to revisit out of all you mentioned

    Another one would be Framed, but that's because of his delivery in the first verse and the overall production

    And no, Heat sucks, rap rock Em in general sucks
