I get he wants to be "real" and speak the truth. But, I don't go to conference meetings and tell everyone my boss sucks. That would be "unprofessional". Mar 14, 2018 It will be The Monster. It's 6x platinum certified in 4 years, i'll give it other 3-4 years or something. Dealing with album, Curtain Call will go Diamond. It's 7x platinum certified so far. And i think Recovery is in the same boat, it's still 3x platinum cause they don't apply certifications, but it's surely 6-7x platinum.
Mar 14, 2018 d--- I’m tripping for some reason I was thinking the monster was diamond lol. I can definitely see that going diamond like you said, and shocked Recovery isn’t much higher with sales since that album spawned two diamond singles. I guess after monster gets diamond I can’t see him getting another diamond song because the song that went number 1 is crack a bottle, and I don’t see anyone getting that to diamond status. Is there a way to find out where SSLP is at as far as sales in 2018? Shocked that’s not diamond since it’s his first album
Mar 14, 2018 As I Said, recovery was 3x platinum after 1 year and it's been there because Em's label doesn't pay RIAA to certify that. It's surely 6-7x platinum. SSLP was 4x platinum back in the 2000. It should be 7x or even more, don't know, something like that anyway. In 10 years Em will have diamonds like he has shoes lol Every album will be diamond, expect Relapse

Mar 14, 2018 Yes, if you notice, 1-2 weeks ago Lose Yourself went Diamond along with other 42 certifications by Eminem, all the same day. They applied that day. Same thing with Curtain Call. Till September 2016 it was 3x platinum, suddenly, in October came out that Curtain call went 7x platinum

Mar 15, 2018 I didn’t know that but I’m saying he needs to be involved in the entire process like he was with 4:44.. he is incredibly intelligent and towards the end when he is talking about pressure to make a single or radio song and all of that made me instantly think of Em and that he needs the kind of push and direction he gave Jay..
Mar 15, 2018 Furthermore, Em has plenty of hits and radio songs and all of that.. trying to box himself in to make a certain type of song is hurting him badly.. he just needs to create and as smart and good as he is all of that will come.. what he was saying about Logic towards the end put it in the best context about how the label shouldn’t put pressure on him for a radio hit that he just needs to keep doing what he’s doing and all of that will come because he just makes good music and Em trying to cater to people or make a certain type of song is boxing him in so bad.. Em needs to just hit the studio and make what comes natural to him and he’d be better off.. I still have a major lack of faith in him and his team to pick the best of the bunch but it’d still be better than what we are getting from him now..
