This suffer Kate line is in reference to when Eminem had a fling with Kate Upton. She ended up breaking his heart, causing him to “suffer Kate”. It could be speculated that this song is actually about that whole situation.

LTWYL is one of his worst written songs and there’s nothing to appreciate about them two together other than being two big artists on a song for the sake of a hit. Insult to say it’s one of Eminems “biggest eras” in his career, songs came out 4 years apart and were only hits because of who was on the chorus. Clearly clueless about Eminems music and career.
