Jul 19, 2019 Oh please stop with that bs. The thing is, if i want the catchy ear pleasing music i hear stuff like this or hundreds of other songs : But rap is so much more than that. EM give us his whole entire life story with his music. Nearly everything he went throu. That's why he has still so many fans out there. Because most of his storys are very personal and people can relate to it. Yeah, of course there're many rappers out there who do better music than him. So what? I don't listen to modern Eminem because i want songs to bump in the car. I have more than enough of those already. I want to hear his wordplay, his flow changes, his lyrics and all this stuff. Straight raw 5 minutes rapping like in "The Ringer" and his long Verses when the majority of "modern" rap artists barely reach the 3 minute mark with their songs. It's okay that he sounds kinda out of place with his music in this day and age. And how many times must he repeat himself and say that he doesn't want to do the same things he already did back in 99-03? His Verse is straight fire.

Fair argument but if we’re calling relapse recovery mmlp2 or kamikaze trash our standards are too high. Encore was half and half and revival was like 20% good. But largely he’s put out good albums from the jump
