you're an incredibly stupid person, you know. Hip hop music today is exactly the same whether Eminem puts out albums or not. He's popular, he's relevant insofar as popular music of all genres goes, but he's not relevant to the hip hop scene. Not at all.

I'd wager that the majority (and probably a healthy majority) of his fans don't even listen to any hip hop music other than Eminem

How old are you? I don't mean this in a dickish way, I'm legitimately asking because it pertains to what I'm about to say

Eminem was GOAT and influenced a lot of people and p much made white rappers a thing. But nowadays what has he done that's influential? Make vaguely motivational pop anthems with females on the hook? Because that's literally the only positive distuingishement between old Em and new Em I can think of not even hating.

The reason I ask your age is because, not to be a d-ck, but unless you're like 25< your opinion on "influence" is kinda irrelevant because you don't know what's poppin with the youth you only know the s--- you like which is probably based off what you heard ten years ago. Like if I said influential dudes I'd mention Tyler I'd mention Cudi I'd mention Yeezy but what has Marshall done in recent years that is something he hasn't done before that makes you go" yeah I could see a whole group of kids running with this and making it their own" cuz I honestly can't name one thing.

And please don't turn this into hate on any of the artists I mentioned above that's not the point of this post

He's only relevant to Stans who hold on to a little bit of hope that he can deliver again, and somehow again be relevant in a normal person's eyes. There's a select few of decent eminem songs these days unfortunately most of them are horrible though. To think Eminem is anything but mediocre now is just denial.

Here you go again, refusing to contribute the minute someone actually tries to have a discussion with you.

Why are you even on this site?

Stans are a lot like right wing Christians in America- they get off on feeling like they're a persecuted minority, while constantly bragging about how a majority agrees with them.

CSW is basically a religious zealot with a persecution complex, his religion is just Eminem. Pretty sad, really

    Wow:cam:

I see you posting about how there's so much Em hate and no one can provide legitamite criticism and I try to start a legitimate discussion in order to try to give us all a better understanding of each others rationale and u just gonna cherry pick two minor points out of like a whole paragraph

To pop culture I would agree, but in terms of hip hop please read my above comments at csw. I know I jumped at your throat back in the Yeezy thread but I'm tryna have a legit discussion and want to see what the Em stans opinions are on what I said
