Dec 18, 2020 Two listens last night and one today and....I'm not really sure how I feel about it at this point. His bars, entendres, technical skills are all right on point. His layering and producing and all of that is incredible. But nothing just really stands out. I dunno, hard to put a finger on it. MTBMB for me was fire out the gate - loved everything except two immediately and it kept my attention throughout. This album has some great songs, but nothing is incredible and it all kinda blends in together. Still jacked as f--- to have 16 new songs though!

Need to analyze it more) Book Of Rhymes / I Will Favorite b---- / Never Love Again Killer / Those Kind Of Nights These Demons / No Regrets Zeus / YahYah Discombobulated / Unaccomodating NOT saying they are equal. But I can definitely see some type of mirroring in there. Either in the flow, the concept, etc.

Dec 18, 2020 That has been his biggest issue since Recovery. His rapping is technically great, sure. But it doesn’t have any replay value. You listen to it when it comes out. Catch the bars. Laugh and appreciate them briefly and then it fades away. When was the last time Em made a genuine hit? Love The Way You Lie? Bezerk?
