Dec 18, 2020 I accept that. But what I hate (and the reason I still even bother to listen to new music when he releases it) is that all he does is make rappity rap tracks. This “album” would have been mixtape material 15 years ago. Technical showcase. Lots of punchlines, tempo and beat switches. Great for those who like that stuff but release some f---ing music! Make another Lose Yourself or Til I Collapse. s---, I’d be happy with some Not Afraid or Love The Way You Lie tracks. Make an album sound like an album, not an extended mixtape.

But this guy still lives in the past and has yet to come to terms with that. Because it’s Em is it wrong to think he may give us another classic? I would rather he gave us 1 classic 10 years ago than the stuff he has released since 2010 that has been terrible.

I like recovery but LTWYL was cheesy and bland THEN, Not Afraid is again, another cheesy a--- song with bad lyrics, you really want THIS Em in 2020? Come on bruh I get what you're saying. Imo, Eminem is at his absolute best when he is storytelling. His prime had story telling and captivating lyrics with an amazing flow and scheme's to back it up. His last 10/10 story telling song was Deja Vu.
