Dec 19, 2020 After a few more listens, I’m dying to read some behind-the-scenes interviews to learn more about Side B’s creative process. While there are glimmers of Eminem recalibrating his flow and becoming more self-aware/self-deprecating on Side A, I’m astounded (and pleasantly surprised) that this evolution accelerated so dramatically within a ~1 year period.
